Redesign of the service webpage
Being a UX designer at Interpolis means working closely together in agile teams to create the best user experience. The B2C environment makes for quick paced optimizations on the online platforms.
At Interpolis, my role as a UX designer was to optimize the service experience on the website. As UX was a relatively new discipline within the company, my job was to ensure new methods and tools would be used to help introduce the voice of the user in the company. As a result, I helped set up a UX research lab and a design system.
